About accommodation

“Zušu Klēts” seaside apartments is a 4-apartment, 2-story loft-style renovated building, which was built in 2022, by rebuilding the old horse stable (originally built in year 1901). Each apartment has a separate entrance, its own terrace, the internal layout (about 45 sq.m.) is spacious: on the 1st floor, the kitchen is combined with the living room, a separate toilet room. 2nd floor open plan bedroom with sea view.

Nice location, the opportunity to be in peace and quiet, watch the sea from your room, as well as enjoy water and sun bathing. Very responsive hosts who are interested in making the guests feel good! Cozy and tastefully decorated rooms, everything you need to cook your own meals. Recommend!

We highly recommend staying here for a quiet getaway. A modern, spacious and well-equipped place to stay. We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at the Zušu Klēts. The owner was very helpful with suggestions for places to visit and lunch as we stayed in low season and many places were closed.

Fantastic location a few meters from the sea. Wonderful, modern and stylish rooms. On the 1st floor, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a WC with a shower cabin. On the 2nd floor, a comfortable bedroom. Each room has a small outdoor terrace. Everything is tidy and clean. Very responsive and helpful host. The whole environment is generally very aesthetic and tasteful. It was a pleasure to enjoy the silence and peace.

The apartment was very well equipped and had everything you needed. The gallery with the bed attracts attention and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is nice and big and everything was very clean. Check in was also very easy. Free parking. The property is beautifully landscaped and invites you to relax.

Beautiful surroundings, easy to find and in a convenient location, a great place to relax even in winter – we went for a hike along Engures lake, so beautiful and cool! The apartments offer all the necessary amenities. The owner is very responsive. Especially liked the possible seclusion and privacy offered by the self-check-in and the pre-arrival directions.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

The minimum reservation period is 2 nights, in the winter season 1 night.

TERMS OF USE:

  • Smoking is not allowed indoors
  • We love animals, but we do not accept their presence in the premises
  • We do not support hosting parties and events
  • Leave the property in the same condition as you entered it – the premises and equipment are clean, the dishes are washed, the waste is sorted and taken out.
  • Treat your neighbors with respect and keep noises down after 23.00.
  • Do not exceed the allowed number of people staying at the property.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION:

  • The booking is considered completed when the accommodation fee is paid in full.
  • You can cancel your online booking up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival, in which case you will receive a full refund of the accommodation fee.
  • If the booking is canceled later than 30 calendar days before arrival and no other guests book the canceled dates, then the reservation fee is retained.
